Cisco Highlights: Big Bend FallsJust a little over a half mile from CLT, the Cisco takes a dramatic bend near rocky outcrops, resulting in a breathtaking chute coined Big Bend Falls. The trek from CLT to Big Bend Falls starts with a relatively easy stroll to Bonus Creek. After that, the terrain becomes increasingly difficult, with a series of slopes that climb more than 60 feet above the Cisco. The vista from the top of the ridge at Big Bend spans this section of the Cisco as it snakes through at a dramatic southern flow followed by a sharp turn back to the northeast. A point (top left) hangs over Big Bend Falls for a dramatic, yet dangerous outlook.
