The Cisco Land Trust came into being on February 1st, 2003 with the idea of enjoying and enhancing the beauty of this part of the Northwoods.

This is a special place filled with jaw-dropping nighttime skies unspoiled by unnatural light. The river changes with the season's mood, trees fall and turn to mulch, but everything else remains the same. It's been a place of salvation and small miracles, shadows and shooting stars.
