After several inspiring trips to Sylvania Wilderness, the gang set their sghts on becoming a part of the western U.P. The Holy Grail lay somewhere on pages 96 and 97 of the Michigan Gazetteer. So many evenings and daydreams were spent on those two pages that each river, creek and forest road became engrained in the mind.
